Please download and fill in the sales buyer/tenant application found below. Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time. Tenants should not move in prior to the approval being received! Title companies must receive the approval prior to the closing. Estoppel requests can be submitted through email to [email protected] or online:

All buyers and tenants need to fill and send in a sales/leasing application and deliver the $150 fee to Ameritech offices to process an approval prior to closing/leasing start date.
Sellers/owners can download the Brookhaven documents/CCandR's from this website under association documents found at the bottom of the list of documents.
